The best time to rewire your subconscious is when you first wake up in the morning and right before you fall asleep. This is the time the mind is most open and connected to your deeper self. With this in mind, this is the time you need to repeat what you most desire and say those affirmations! Remember, to keep it positive!
If you're like me and really dislike being in large crowds, especially in shopping centers and grocery stores! My advice is, to turn on your headphones and listen to your favourite music, or better yet a High Frequency Females Podcast episode!
Journaling is a really great tool to help you clear your mind, and understand emotions we sometimes can't say out loud. If you love journaling but it's become a chore or it makes you feel anxious, take a different approach to it. When I am stuck, I just put down words, or little drawings, it doesn't have to make sense but more an expression of how I feel, or what I want to put out. Remember no one is going to see it but you!
